The Hengban packaging technology team has increased its innovation efforts around key points in the production line, repeatedly demonstrating the optimal solution. Reoptimize the installation position of the knife beam, adjust the levelness of the online tungsten wire, and ensure that the high voltage control of the knife beam is within an accurate range; Extract the actual speed value from the frequency converter of the metering pump and participate in the PLC program control. After repeated adjustments of process parameters and optimization of equipment functions, the bottleneck problem of precise control of oil application has been completely solved. While ensuring good oil coating effect, the technical team also carried out targeted research and development around six key equipment points such as double bending and double straightening, eleven roll straightening, etc., effectively solving plate shape problems such
